Aoki is the only company with this patented technology that enables heat conditioning of the preform, which greatly influences the ability to mold high precision, high strength, and thin-walled products, to be carried out simultaneously with injection molding. This system does away with the need to re-heat the perform, and so enables high-speed molding. By using the residual heat from the preform molding process during stretch-blow molding, expenses involved in preform re-heating are zero, the preform cooling time is reduced, and chillers can be downsized.
