By mid-2023, after more than 26 years of engineering and field experience, Wideways identified recurring gaps in fully imported packaging machines—particularly in serviceability, operator usability, customization, and long-term support within Bangladesh.
To address these gaps, we transitioned from system integration and representation into developing and manufacturing our own packaging machines, applying the lessons learned from decades of on-site experience. Our focus was clear: build machines that perform reliably in local conditions, are easier to maintain, and deliver long-term value to manufacturers.
